Time To Shine and Rewind

Time  To Shine Ladies…

Now that the season of Festive Foods and Tempting treats is over, it is time to lose some much needed poundage.  This year the pounds came on so quickly that I didn’t even notice until it was time to put on my favorite jeans.  I grabbed them with much anticipation because I love them!!!!  I know that I should leave them in the closet but they were calling my name for some reason.

Little did I know that these jeans were telling me that it’s time to shine and rewind the scale.  I began to step in and I somehow knew that my beloved jeans were not going anywhere near my hips.  I laughed to myself because I now understand why those jeans were yelling at me.  Unconsciously I knew that it was time for a review and time to renew my body once again.

So off to the gym in a really big way.  I am determined to drop 30 pounds in 3 weeks.  I proudly claim this in my book The Hotgirl Diet and I am here to show you again how it’s done.

So follow me as I lose 30 pounds in  3 weeks.  As I write this I am a few days away from the end of week one.  I have nearly lost the necessary 10 pounds.  24 more to go.  I admit that it gets a wee bit more challenging when I go over the 20 pounds but this is not the time or place for complaints.

Remember, it’s not about killing yourself in the gym.  It’s about cutting out the sugar, bread, eating good proteins and vegetables, eating in moderation and moving your body in a way that feels good to you.
